Schedule An Inspection

I can usually schedule an inspection within 24-48 hours. When possible I will be glad to honor same-day inspection requests. Call or email me  anytime. So that I can quickly help you, please fill out  the following form and click on the "Submit" button at the bottom. If you need an inspection right away, please phone me at my contact numbers and provide the same information. 

Note: if you submit this form during business hours, I will respond by 7 pm; if you submit after hours, I will respond by 9 am the following morning.

The starting times for East Bay inspections from San Leandro to Richmond are usually either 9 am or 1 pm. For Marin, San Francisco, Contra Costa east of the Caldecott, and eastern or southern Alameda County, times will be adjusted to accommodate travel. If you need a different time, please contact me.

Inspections usually take 3 to 4 hours. You do not need to be there the entire time, but you should be available at the end for the summary.
