Consulting and In-Depth Investigations

If you have a problem with a home or other building, I can evaluate the situation, work to determine a solution, and offer advice on how to proceed with repairs.  I will bring in engineers or other specialists if needed, and help you negotiate with contractors.  When needed, I can bring in a crew to open walls or other surfaces to find out what's going on inside, documenting the work with photos and written reports.

Consulting work is charged on an hourly basis. Charges vary by location and type of service needed. Please call for more information.
